To all of those who have been told that baby's name is Drew... well... its not anymore. I tell ya, just when you think everything is decided and settled, your husband says, (just 8 days before he's due) "I just don't really like the name Drew." Well, after a few converstions with others, and to keep the the DLM innitials, we've FINALLY decided on Daniel Lincoln Martin. Now, I did date a "guy" named Daniel, but I've realized that once he's born, and he's in my arms, I won't associate this name with anyone else, and I will love my Daniel. SO, there you go. I've learned that from now on, don't share the name of your unborn child with anyone until their born! It just makes posts like this easier to write. The Countdown is On!

I had a dream last night that you called Lincoln's phone & you were upset because I hadn't called you. I am a terrible friend! Your number is in Linc's phone & every time I think about calling you, he is gone. I like the new baby name! Ha ha...if only Dan knew that you were naming your baby after him. I'm totally kidding. Oh & the name Lincoln is definitely my favorite! :)
Isn't it crazy coming up with a name? I love that you keep changing your mind...it sounds like Dave is making it quite difficult! I do love the name Daniel. I've got about three months to come up with a name for our little guy. It's so hard!
Well it's good that you found out you didn't like the name before you named him that. I wanted to name my Simon Henry, Lincoln Henry instead. I couldn't get the four year old to go for it and now I don't like his name. I want to call him just Henry.
I do love the name Lincoln though, but my dad's name is Drew so I'm in love with that name too. You'll see when you look at him, his name(whatever you choose) will just fit. Sadly for me, Simon looks more like a Simon than a Henry.

Okay, saw your comment on Andrea's and hurried over for confirmation. Great name, and who cares if some other silly boy shares the same one. You will only have eyes for your little Daniel. Just don't call him Dan or Danny.
